At Dragulji, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is thoroughly inspected before it reaches you to ensure the highest quality. However, due to our products being made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
That said, we understand that things don’t always go perfectly. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@dragulji.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, picture and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement for any defective products.
